The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be clearly defined and mutually agreed upon before project initiation. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines and additional charges.
All payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule. Advance payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing. Delays in payment may result in project suspension or delivery delays.
Project timelines are estimated based on client inputs and approvals. Delays caused by late content submission, feedback, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen technical issues will not be the responsibility of Xcel Designers Studios.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and access credentials required for project execution. Xcel Designers Studios is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete client inputs.
Upon full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for the client will belong to the client unless otherwise agreed. Xcel Designers Studios reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials.
Our services may involve third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, or platforms. Xcel Designers Studios is not responsible for downtime, changes, or issues caused by third-party services beyond our control.
Revisions are limited to what is defined in the project agreement. Excessive revisions or changes beyond scope may incur additional costs. Post-project support or maintenance services are offered as per agreed terms.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project. Confidential data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with client consent.
Xcel Designers Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the project with prior written notice. In such cases, payments made for completed work will not be refunded, and outstanding dues must be cleared.
Xcel Designers Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
